RESERVATION: The reservation is completed by written confirmation from the e-mail or telephone that appear in the contact details and by following the cancellation policy of the house (cancellation policy is described 4 sections below this one with the name 'CANCELLATION POLICY').
INDIVUDUALS: The site accommodates a maximum number of 7 people. We also provide a crib and a baby’s chair under request.
DURATION OF STAY: The minimum duration of stay is 5 (five) days. The maximum is 60 (sixty) days.
PAYMENT: The payment is done via bank transfer to the account indicated by the house’s manager. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS VIA POS TERMINAL.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Depends on 2 parameters which is:
1.
The period reservation is done: That means if the days reservation is done is low-season or high-season (if it is low season you can cancel for free under better conditions but if is high season then cancellation policy will be more strict)
2.
The duration of the reservation: That means that the higher duration means that the cost for the house owner in case of cancellation will be higher so the duration of reservation could be a parameter of how strict the cancellation policy can be.
ARRIVAL: Check-in hours 13:00-00:00 (midnight 12 o clock) and always after notice of the clients on the exact or estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival a contract regarding the stay in the house is signed between the clients and the owners in order to safeguard both parties’ rights and the owners’ compliance with the relevant tax regulations. THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT IS COMPULSORY. Within this context the clients are required to provide the following identification and contact details: passport number, name & surname, phone number, e-mail.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Your personal and contact details are collected exclusively for the owners’ compliance with the existing tax regulations and will be destroyed immediately after use. Your information WILL NOT be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties and WILL NOT be used for marketing or other reasons irrelevant to your current stay in the house.
DEPARTURE: Check-out hours: 11:00-14:00. Upon check-out, the clients are required to meet the owners or the manager of the house and hand them the house keys (you can request another departure hour except the period between 11:00 - 14:00 but in this case you should notify the owner and owner should give you the ok).
SERVICE PROVIDED: The only service provided is your stay in the house. We do not offer any other services like cleaning, room service, meals, transport, tourist tours & information etc.
HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking is prohibited in the interior of the house.
- Pets are not allowed.
- People not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the house without owner's permission.
- The owners reserve the right to render unavailable bedrooms that are not to be used depending on the number of individuals declared.
- Quiet hours: 15:00-17:00 & 23:00-8:00.
- Parties and drugs use are prohibited.
- In case of infringement of the abovementioned rules, the owners reserve the right to expel the clients without prior notice and without remuneration.
NO APPEARANCE: In case of no appearance there is no reimbursement.
OWNERS’ LIABILITY: The owners are not liable for any physical, material or other damages the clients may experience due to their own negligence or inappropriate behavior.
DAMAGES: The clients are expected to demonstrate the necessary diligence and prudence during their stay and make sure -to the extent possible- they take care of the property’s safety and preservation. In case the property is damaged due to the clients’ negligence or inappropriate behavior the owners reserve the right to sue them, as provisioned by the Greek law.
